Please confirm, PRIOR TO ORDERING, that your furniture will fit through your hallways, doorways and around corners.  We are happy to assist you with your choices and help you determine the best size, shape or color. 

We are committed to your satisfaction and recognize that sometimes an item may not meet your needs, wasn’t what you’d hoped for, or doesn’t fit into your décor or space.  If you’re unsatisfied with something you bought from us, you may send it back (usually within 14 days of receipt) and we’ll be happy to give you a credit,exchange or refund, less any shipping, handling or restocking fees.  Exceptions to this are products that were assembled, modified in any way, custom made to order, or excluded from return by the manufacturer.  If you have anyquestions about whether a product can be returned, please email us prior to ordering, at:  customerservice@mytwodesigners.com.  You have one business day (24 hours) from the date an order is placed to cancel an order and to have the amount refunded to your credit card.  Once a stocked item has shipped, or a custom order has begun, the order cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Return Policy.

Custom orders are made just for you and are not returnable or refundable.  "Custom" orders include:  most furniture, some lighting and rugs.  Please inquire prior to ordering if your item is returnable.

Upon placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email.  Please review this email.  Most of our items are considered custom, non-stocked and have a 2-10 week leadtime.  Occasionally, an item will be placed on backorder or out of stock.  These circumstances are beyond My Two Designer's control.  We will provide you with the expected ship date.  You may decide to keep the order or cancel it within 48 hours.  If the email confirmation is not answered, then it is considered an acceptance of your order.

Smaller items are generally handled by UPS, FedEx, or a freight carrier and require a signature and physical address.  Larger items are shipped via "Bronze Delivery".  Bronze Delivery is a 2 person delivery, inside the threshold, up to 2 flights stairs.  If any piece weighs more than 300 lbs. or pieces are greater than four, shipment will only be available for delivery to the first dry area or garage.  Palletized or crated merchandise will be delivered to the first dry area or garage only.

My Two Designers does offer, for an additional fee, White Glove Delivery which includes inside placement, two flights of stairs, unpacking, debris removal and light assembly up to 30 minutes.  Please contact us for a quote.  

Our manufacturers use extreme care when packing your order; however, damage sometimes occurs in transit.  Damage that is apparent upon delivery MUST be noted on the freight carrier receipt.  Only damaged items with documented proof (photographs help) will be considered for repair/replacement.  Notify us immediately of any damaged or missing parts.  Our delivery team reserves the right to have the piece repaired to the manufacturer's standards at their expense.  If the freight carrier determines a piece is beyond repair, another one will be shipped to you.  Please note that My Two Designers does not have a say in this matter.

WE ONLY OFFER GROUND SHIPPING TO THE 48 CONTIGUOUS STATES.  WE DON'T CURRENTLY OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OR SHIPPING TO CANADA.  WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES.  NOTE THAT ANY "FREE SHIPPING" ITEMS DO NOT SHIP FOR FREE OUTSIDE THE 48 CONTIGUOUS STATES.  SOME "FREE SHIPPING" ITEMS ARE SENT VIA FREIGHT CARRIER/TRUCK.  IF THE SHIP TO ADDRESS ISN'T ACCESSIBLE VIA TRUCK, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL DELIVERY CHARGES.  PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMERSERVICE@MYTWODESIGNERS.COM REGARDING ANY SPECIAL DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS.
